1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday), and delivery time is usually 7-12 business days.

2. How can I return something?
AeroBot is happy to accept returns on all items within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used or damaged items without exception. Please see our return policy for more information.

3. How do I use the coupon code?
You're in luck! To use your discount code, add all Charm items to your cart and start the checkout process. A box will appear where you can enter the code and click Apply. Please note that only one promo code can be entered for a particular order. Confirmation codes cannot be used on orders that have already been placed.
