REFUND and RETURN

Can I get my money back?

We believe in our products. If you are not satisfied with an order you placed through AeroBot, you may request a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase.

To request a refund, please email support@AeroBot-au.com and in most cases these requests will be honored according to the refund policy listed below. Please include your order number and a brief description of why you are requesting a refund in the subject line of the email. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, shipping costs for international orders are non-refundable, and duties and taxes are also non-refundable. Goods must be in new and unopened condition, refunds will be denied if goods arrive used or opened.

If the item you received is damaged or defective and you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

support@AeroBot-au.com and include your order number and photographic records of any damage or defect reported (if applicable) in the subject line of the email and we will take care of the rest. We will initiate the refund process upon return of the item.

If you follow our return policy, please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs due to personal reasons, and the returned items and packaging must be intact.

Exclusions:
Customers can only request to cancel their order before the package is shipped. A 15% restocking fee will be charged after the item is shipped.

We ask that you do not return items to us without contacting us first.

How should I package the returned item?
Send it back in a cardboard box and include a piece of paper with the order ID in the package. Use foam peanuts/bubble wrap to fill the extra space in the package to ensure that your item is not damaged during the shipment to us. No refunds will be given for items returned due to poor packaging.

How long does it take to process a refund?
You will receive an email confirming the refund, or our customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours of receiving the email.

The refund will be refunded to your credit card company or bank, depending on your payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company for the status of your refund. It may take some time for your refund to be officially announced. Does DEWETT provide return shipping labels?

Except in certain circumstances, we do not provide return shipping labels and do not cover the costs of domestic or international returns.

Why did I not receive a full refund?

Shipping costs are non-refundable for all orders. Please note that we may deduct this fee from your refund. There are also cases where only a partial refund is made.

If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address, or the customer refuses to receive the package due to quality issues, or does not want the package, additional shipping costs will be charged.

If the return is due to the consumer's reasons, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific costs depend on the courier you choose.
