• A 20% address change fee may be charged for wrong addresses or delivery to a different address.

All orders are usually shipped on the same or next business day after payment is received. However, during peak season, orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt, excluding holidays or public holidays. Once shipped, it may take 7-12 business days to arrive.

14-Day Return Policy
Our customers are very important to us. If you are not satisfied with an item for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days from the date we receive your order (see details below). We will allow you to exchange the returned item for another item, credit your account for future purchases, or refund the amount to your credit card.

Your only cost is the shipping fee plus a 15% fee. Below you will see the refund conditions.

If you want to return your order, please send us an email. Before sending us an email, please make sure you have read the following:

• Returned goods must be in the original packaging.
• All original packaging, polybags, display boxes and hangtags must be included.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
• We are not responsible for packages until they arrive at our warehouse. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you insure your package and get a tracking number before sending it back to us.

Cancelling an Order

If you place an order with us and decide to cancel your order while it is in transit, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Once the package is shipped, shipping costs to and from the location will be charged. There is also a 15% fee for cancellations. If you have any questions, please contact us before returning your item.
